Policies and Conditions

Cancellation policy

 Passenger cancellation of any tour, in less than 24 hours prior to a departure time will result in a 50% refund of money paid. Cancellation within 12 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in a total forfeiture of money paid.

Children under 4

Children under 4 years of age are carried free of charge, provided their parents or guardians are prepared to carry them on their lap in the event that all other seats are full.

Discounts

We consider our tours fully discounted and we are certain that you will find that they are considerably better value than those offered by our larger competitors.

As a small, family owned and operated tourism business we have minimal overheads, and thus are able to provide an affordable experience for travellers from all backgrounds without compromising on quality. We do not offer further discounts.

Travel insurance

Travel insurance is not included. We recommend you have appropriate insurance, including a cancellation policy.

Tour Prices & Itinerary

Evans Coaches may amend prices and change itineraries in unforeseen circumstances.
